I would consider language a type of technology because you are speaking words and at the same time, in your minds, revising said words to better improve your skills of speaking/writing. Languages are evolving and always changing around the world. Different versions (dialects in this case) are spoken across the vast countries. Artificial intelligence (AI) is not perfect, however like languages, we learn how to put together different words to form sentences.
